CNA ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
PROCESS:
Complete Application
CNA Applicant must complete the Certified Nursing Assistant CNA application in its entirety and submit all required documention to our campus.
Sign Enrollment Agreement
CNA Applicants will not be officially enrolled until the Enrollment Agreement has been signed and Payments have been made.
Financial Obligations
All payments for the CNA school course certification must be satisfied before the first day of school. Financial Obligations are done through ICI's Finance Department.
Payment
CNA tuition Payment of Non- Refundable Registration|Application Fees due at the time of service.
REQUIREMENTS:
Background Check
Submit Fingerprint-based Health Care Worker Criminal Historty Records Check or be granted a waiver for disqualifying convictions.
Must be completed by FIrst Day of CNA Class.
CPR Certification
CPR Certification will be coordinated prior to completion of course.
Physical (Including TB Test)
Forms and Documents due before First Day of Class | Clinical Session
